What are the check-in and check-out times?+
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00. Late check-out is available as an add-on.
Are staff on site?+
Check-in is contactless via smart lock. We're available by phone and message throughout your stay.
How far is it to the slopes?+
The lodges sit right beside the slopes, so you can ski in and out (snow conditions permitting).
Are meals included?+
The lodges are self-catering with a full kitchen. A breakfast basket is available as an add-on.
How do I pay?+
Online by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB and more).
How do refunds work?+
Cancel from your reservation page and you'll be refunded automatically according to the cancellation policy shown at booking.
