Information we collect
Name, email, phone, address, nationality, passport number (non-residents), booking and payment information, enquiry contents and access logs.
Purpose
To accept and manage bookings, process payments and refunds, keep the guest register required by Japanese law, respond to enquiries and improve our service.
Sharing
We do not share personal data with third parties without consent except as required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.; emails are sent via an external provider. Card details are never stored on our servers.
Retention
Guest registers are retained for the period required by law (3 years).
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data in accordance with applicable law via our contact form.
